About our Tamales
First, all of our tamales are delicious. They are bigger than most other tamales with as much filling as masa. They are all lard free and Gluten Free. We make them fresh everyday at our shoppe. They can be frozen and then re-steamed perfectly. Take some for today and put some in your freezer for next week.
